I am an Assistant Professor in the Economics and Public Policy Area at the Indian School of Business. My research lies at the intersection of macroeconomics, trade, and finance, and I extensively use micro-data to answer macro questions.
Before joining ISB, I served as a Research Economist at the Reserve Bank of India between 2017-2019, following the completion of my Ph.D. at the Toulouse School of Economics. I host the discussion series on economics called Arth Niti, where I discuss policy issues with other researchers. Additionally, I manage the Housing Price Index project that helps track the housing prices and quantity sales in India. I am also affiliated as an Invited Researcher with the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).
